nurturing your authentic self

online therapy in Massachusetts

welcome
Navigating life changes, especially when things don’t go as planned, can leave you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from what brings you joy. I specialize in working with adults who are going through significant life events and coping with the anxiety, loneliness, and self-doubt that can come along with them. From college and career transitions, to relationship issues, to pregnancy and postpartum, you don’t have to go through life's ups and downs alone.

Through a relational and strengths-based lens, I’ll partner with you to explore how your past may be impacting your present, and how you can move forward with clarity about the future you want to create for yourself. I am especially passionate about supporting those in the perinatal period, from fertility, to pregnancy, to postpartum.

My hope is that my clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. You are the expert in your own experiences, and it’s my job to walk alongside you as a compassionate witness. Together, we’ll collaborate to identify goals that are aligned with your core values, and implement a plan to help you nurture your authentic self.
I have a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. I offer virtual therapy to clients anywhere in Massachusetts through a secure telehealth platform. If you think we sound like a good fit, please complete the form below to schedule a complimentary intro call.

approach
I strive to create a warm and non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. I believe that all emotions, even the painful ones, are important, and that healing occurs when we greet our emotions with a sense of curiosity and compassion. I understand the impact that trauma and stress have on both the mind and the body, and I take a holistic approach to my work as a therapist. Depending on your individual needs, I’ll draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness based practices. I am certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method, and can incorporate yoga into sessions for clients who are interested.
